How does the credit-based billing work?
Each plan includes a set number of voice minutes per month. Usage is calculated based on actual call duration. If you exceed your included minutes, additional usage is billed at a per-minute rate based on your plan tier.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over.
What STT, TTS, and LLM providers are supported?
TimesTen supports multiple providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google for LLMs; ElevenLabs for TTS; and Soniox, Deepgram for STT. Enterprise plans can integrate custom or self-hosted models.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all new accounts start with a free trial that includes 100 minutes of voice interaction. No credit card required to get started.
Do you offer annual pricing?
